What is website about?
findpetmatchs.com is a one stop directory of pet directory of breeders, services and products and organizations located throughout the world.

Are listings really free?
Yes. Any business or organization is eligible for a free listing (subject to approval). Premium Listings are certainly encouraged and will generate additional traffic for your listing though.

What are the advertising limitations ?
findpetmatchs.com membership levels determine the features and limitations of available service(s) and functions of the findpetmatches.com website. Not included as part of the membership features are reviews and the rating system. This is not to be a free for all advertising medium. It is for honest reviews of a product, services or vender. Because of the volumes of space this could take up with over 3000 listings in the findpetmatches.com directory we have set a limit of 15 reviews per listing with a maximum text count of 900 characters. All reviews must be approved by the webmaster.

Will my free or paid listing cause lots of SPAM?
No. We only send out 12 e-mail newsletters per year. So you can expect to receive one e-mail each month unless there is urgent information of immediate importance to subscribers. Also if you have a premium listing an anti-spam e-mail form is used for visitors that would like to contact your business or organization.  Your e-mail address is never displayed on our website unless you put it in the description or an other field  yourself.

Does my business need a web site to get listed?

I have a premium listing, how do I upload my logo?
You can personalize your account with the addition of a logo or image, as well as update or change every aspect of your listing. It is very easy, simply log into your account. We recommend that you use a logo that is on a white background, and it cannot be larger than 400 x 200 pixels and must be of GIF or JPEG format.

I've lost my login name, my password, or both. What do I do?
If you've lost your login information, you can easily retrieve it once you determine your listing 'id' number. To find your listing 'id', simply browse to your listing and you will see it on the very top of the page in parentheses next to your organization name. It looks like this (id: 116).

Once you have your listing number, go to: http://www.findpetmatches.com/remind.php

Put your listing id # into the box and select the 'send' button.  Your login name and password will be sent to the e-mail address on file immediately!

Do you endorse or check out any of the advertisers within the directory?
No. However all new free listing submissions do need to be approved by the webmaster before going live on the directory. This is not an endorsement of any product or service that may be offered on any given listing. If you find a listing that is offering a service or product with outrageous claims please notify us via our support section. (E. G.  Someone selling specially treated cool-aid claiming that it can cure cancer).

What is your privacy policy?
At no time will we every rent, sell, loan or share any of your information with anyone in an effort to solicit directly to you or for any other reason unless required by law/court order. From time to time advertisers may include short items of information about products or services in our monthly newsletter. They will never contact you directly as they will have no way to unless you contact them and request them to do so.

By the nature of our website being what it is, a directory of business information publicly available, some of your information will obviously be displayed on the internet. You are always in complete control of what is displayed in your listing or to have your listing removed altogether. If you do not wish to have certain information listed please edit your listing accordingly.  We are NOT responsible for any Spam you  may receive.To help avoid Spam do not display an e-mail address in your listing - In the premium listings we include a Spam-Proof send message link that masks your e-mail address from the sender. Note: As when you send any e-mail to anyone - when you reply to any e-mail message from the send message link on your listing your e-mail address will be displayed to the recipient.
